Generally, the tour drops off at around 7:30 p.m. (dependent on traffic and weather)
Please ask your tour guide or bus driver about what time you will get back to Los Angeles on the last day of your tour.

For this tour,all hotel rooms are currently reserved at the stratosphere.
Generally, you will be staying in the same hotel room for both nights of the tour. You should be able to leave luggage in the hotel room for both nights. Please talk with your tour guide while on your tour to check if there are any plans to swap rooms for the 2nd night for your particular tour.

Arrival:
* Domestic US arrival transfers between 8:30am-11:00pm.
* International arrival transfers between 8:30am-10:00pm.
Departure:
If you wish you to fly out of LAX airport on the same day, please book a US domestic flight after 9:30 p.m. and international flight after 10:30 p.m.. We can assist you in reservation of a room at a hotel near LAX. You may request for a free hotel shuttle service to reach LAX the following morning.

Q: hey, i got no idea why there is no one picking up my call at 10am. I thought the operation hours for weekdays is start at 9 morning? Btw, i do have some question to ask. 1. I would like to get the tour at 22nd of Feb. But which date of flight should I take ? 21st nite or 22nd morning? 2. I saw the Itinerary, at the special notes stated that there is free shuttle hotel to airport service right? We do apologize for missing your call however please note our operational hours are from 9am-5pm PST. We recommend that you book your flights in on the day of your tour start date (Feb. 22nd), free airport pick up is between 8:30am-10pm. For your departure flights on the 28th you would need to book your flights after 9:30pm (domestic) and 10:30pm (international). Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Q: We are planning to take the 10-Day Bus Tour Package to Grand Canyon South, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Yosemite, Three Theme Parks from Los Angeles. Just want to ask, our flight from Manila, Philippines will be on feb 5 at 9:35 am, if we arrive this early, can we already book in the hotel? Also, for day 1, we noticed that the activity is just the hotel check-in, will there be a schduled activity as part of the package or none? After check-in, we are free to go around o our own? what will be the allowed bag and weight to bring for the bus tour? As we will be arriving from Manila after 17 hour flight, are our trolley bags allowed in the bus tour? the rate of USD 788, all food costs are c/o us, right? also, at the end of the 10th day, where will be the last stop? day 10 is at universal studios, if we are not going to LAX airport, if we wont go to the LAX airport, where can be our drop off? we need to make arrangements for travel pick ups if ever. thanks View answers (1) A: |

Our free airport pickup for International arrival transfers is between 8:30am-10:00pm. If you arrive earlier, you have to wait for our earliest pickup at LAX. Hotel check-in time is after 3:00pm.

Each person is allowed to take one big luggage along, our tour bus has space to hold the luggage.

We have the tour operated on 02/16/2011 (Wednesday) so you can just book it online. The tour will start in the morning of Feb 16 from 6:30am to 9:00am depending on which pick up location you choose.
